Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery
Club Coco Tree currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Club Coco Tree is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Address accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Club Coco Tree cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or missing parcels
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local delivery provider first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.
Pre-orders
Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
