Shipping & Returns
We want you to love your Club Coco Tree order.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Club Coco Tree cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable guides and workout content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be sent together once the pre-order item is ready.
